Meet Stephanie Kroll

Stephanie Kroll is a proud third-generation Colorado native who was exposed to her family’s real estate business for 20 years before forging her path in the industry as a rising star, and then as an established luxury broker. After a tumultuous experience buying her first home, she became licensed to help others with a streamlined process during the most significant transactions of their lives and to be a leader in the real estate industry practicing in more ethical ways. Not only providing the best service possible to clients but also fostering heartfelt connections is her driving force. Her team is the only team at Compass Colorado with a presence in two vastly different markets across the state - with service offerings in both the city and the mountains.

 

Stephanie utilizes her decade-long prowess in Corporate Marketing to assist both buyers and sellers in Colorado’s Real Estate market, explicitly catering to homes of iconic, architectural merit. Stephanie has a Marketing Degree from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, and a decade of experience in Corporate Marketing and Business Operations, for powerhouse brands like Hulu, AEG Live, and W Hotels, before entering the Real Estate industry in 2019. It was while living in Los Angeles from 2012-2014, that Stephanie’s love affair with mid-century modern design began. Upon returning to Colorado and exploring whimsical mid-century modern neighborhoods across the State, from Denver to Boulder to Aspen, she became fascinated with the restoration and preservation of historic buildings.

 

As a lifelong curator, designer, and creative, Stephanie is deeply ingrained within Colorado’s arts, cultural, and entrepreneurial scenes, which is also where her sphere of clients is derived. She is passionate about working with buyers who are seeking design-forward properties, and sellers who compare their home to a piece of art. The concept of a harmonious home life is an important cornerstone for Stephanie’s craft.
