Listing Spotlight: 2460 S Newton Street // Harvey Park Cliff May

I recently sold this beautiful mid-century modern Cliff May and double ended the deal between my buyer and my seller! The sellers were good friends of mine and were looking to make a move to the mountains. We found their perfect next home in Evergreen, Colorado, but they were contingent upon the sale of their home… thankfully we made everything easy for them since we already had a buyer lined up who was interested in taking a peek at their home! Although it was the first home they looked at, the buyers fell in love and decided to go for it, to the delight of the sellers, who didn’t have to even go through the hassle of putting their home on the market with their one year old daughter being a primary concern.

This home had a master suite addition added like sometime in the 1970s or 1980s that was not original to the home, but adds a ton of bedroom living space in the home, with a walk in closet and spacious master bath.
