Milehimodern’s listing process takes about 7-10 days on average, or less depending on how fast you need to get your home on the market. Regardless, it’s easier to get all of the prep work completed sooner than later so that we can get your listing live as quickly as possible and make sure that we can work within milehimodern’s listing timelines. Because we have many back end processes to get a listing live, and multiple people on a team to manage listings.. that is why this process takes longer than you might expect. Once the Exclusive Right to Sell is signed, our team gets the green light to proceed with putting the pieces in place to get a listing live.
We have a listing coordinator, a brand director, a transaction coordinator, a copyrighter, and a photographer on the back end - all of which are helping to get your home live on the MLS in the classiest way possible.

Seller signs the Exclusive Right to Sell
milehimodern preps seller’s disclosures, starts writing your home’s story for the website, schedules photography, starts drafting your home’s details up in the MLS, and coordinates details with the showing service, Showingtime.
We take listing photos. Click here for the milehimodern pre-photoshoot checklist to prep your home to be in the best condition possible for listing photography. Ideally if we are also doing video, we will schedule it here as well so that we knock photo / video out in one day.
