People and place. Lawrence is passionate about bringing these together.
They are integral to his life experience. Growing up in North Carolina, Lawrence spent much time around his father’s and grandfather’s properties, meeting people who called those places home. Those experiences pushed him to pursue education in construction and design.
After completing a B.S. in Building Science at Appalachian State University, he worked for a year promoting progressive construction methodologies with nationally-recognized builders. During his Master of Architecture at NCSU, he grew to love mid-century design, and the idea that people and places intrinsically do go together. Post grad school, he worked with Asheville Habitat for Humanity, repairing and building homes, then assisting with a planned community design. He then moved to Denver to support one of Denver’s top home inspection companies, leading branding, inspector training, and business process development.
As a real estate professional, Lawrence’s primary goal is to support people seeking place. He has explored and inspected homes throughout many of Denver’s mid-century communities including Arapahoe Acres, Harvey Park, Green Mountain and Deza Estates, using a keen eye for detail and an ability to connect with clients to help them feel secure in their goals and investments. Lawrence cares deeply about your experience and is committed to helping you find your place!
He has personally known Stephanie Kroll, the team lead, for the past 4 years, and works closely with her clients to navigate the intricacies of mid-century construction and functionality. Lawrence manages the mid-century modern business in Denver and supports the Mid Mod Dream Homes media brand.
In his free time, you may find Lawrence at North Table getting in a long run, or enjoying a brew at New Terrain - his favorite local brewery. He and his wife enjoy trying new restaurants, and rooting for their respective college teams throughout the year - Go App State!
