You as the buyer always have a right to choose your own lender, inspector, property insurance person, etc. If for some reason you don’t have your own contacts, you are welcome to work with any of the people I recommend working with below.

LENDER LIST

Below are some of my local lender contacts if you’d like to reach out to them and see which one feels like the best fit for you. Doing the “shopping” amongst different lenders and rates amongst lenders is best done UP FRONT, so that when you eventually find a place you like, there’s no switching around of lenders and we can move forward in a timely fashion with ordering the appraisal and locking your loan rate.

So if you do shop around, I’d suggest doing it at this part of the process 😊

  • Nick Solis - mhmlending - Nick is one of the nicest and most genuine and authentic people you will ever meet! He truly cares about his clients and is a people person at the core. Nick will always go the extra mile for my buyers and will do everything in his power to put them in the best financial situation possible. Since mhmlending is a mortgage brokerage, he has the ability to shop out different rates across multiple private financing partners that we work with. He is my go-to guy for all things home financing and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have! He is licensed to lend in both Colorado and Oklahoma.

  • Lauri Larson - Elevations Credit Union - Lauri is my go-to woman for when I get into really questionable lending situations and need creative, out-of-the-box solutions quickly because she works with some unique private investment partners. She’s really frank with me about if something will work or not for the client or if she can help in a certain circumstance, and I really value her transparency, but she is also really sweet and compassionate. She’s been in the biz for about 30 years. She gets pre-approvals and appraisals done lightning fast and is great at answering listing agent financing questions.
